CALL-HEAR®

How does Call-Hear® work?

  • The system consists of a call unit and a chiming unit.
  • The call unit is an easily recognizable transmitter that may be attached to entrances doors, windows, tiles etc.
  • The chime unit is a wireless receiver (cord optional) that can be located at the reception desk, customer service point or supervisor's office.
  • A simple pairing process is used to link the call unit to the chiming unit (see easy pairing instructions).
  • The call unit may be activated by pushing the button on the unit or by using the magnetic call-key. The chiming unit will ring and flash a bright light, indicating that a visitor at the premises is in need of assistance.
  • One chiming unit can recognize a combination of up to 4 call units, as well as identify which call unit was activated, by the led colours on the chiming unit.
  • The transmission distance between the chime unit and the call unit is 30 - 60 meters, depending on the environment.

The Call-Hear CH-105 Chiming Unit

The Chime Unit is a wireless receiver. When the Call Unit is activated, by pressing its button or using the magnetic key, the chiming unit picks up the signal and starts to ring and at the same time a bright light flashes.

A simple pairing process is used to link the call unit to the chiming unit (see easy pairing instructions).

One chiming unit may operate with a combination of up to 4 call units. It is possible to identify which call unit has been activated by the colour led assigned to it on the chiming unit.

The unit can operate either by battery or by using an electrical cord.

This call unit may be activated by pressing the button on the call unit or by using the magnetic key.

The CH-100 should be placed at building and department entrances of public places such as: municipalities, hospitals, shops, offices etc., offering disabled, senior citizens and people pushing strollers/prams easy access into the premises or assistance in attaining a service.

Any person may easily call for assistance by simply pressing the button on the call unit or by using the magnetic key.

This call unit may be activated by pressing the button on the call unit or by using the magnetic key.

The magnetic key is available in a standard key model and an extension key model (see accessories).

The CH-101 is an ideal solution for businesses or services, wanting to offer authorized access or service to their customers. Only authorized users, having been issued a magnetic key, will be able to activate the call unit.

Petrol/Gas stations may provide best practice of service by attaching a CH-101 unit to the fuel pump and giving their disabled drivers a magnetic extension key to use when requiring assistance in re-fueling.

Guests staying at budget hotels, who frequently find the front doors locked at night, would appreciate an authorized magnetic key that activates the call unit at the entrance, allowing them to call for someone to open the door.
